the phoenix pattern...

phoenix print color

phoenix print red

I love patterns and various wallpapers. I am always scouring Google for pretty vintage floral patterns in various colors that I like. As most people who have blogs, twitters & what not, we like to make them look pretty. I see some fantastic patterns and wonder where they have been found. I decided I would begin making my own and so I've begun using the phoenix. Inspired (of course) by Harry Potter (since The Deathly Hallows just came out) I thought I would go with this beautiful mystical creature. I have the first pattern with multi colors on my twitter and the red one for here.

You're so very talented, such a beautiful wallpaper. The Phoenix is a great symbol, one with a multitude of meanings. Have you read the Russian version of a Phoenix tale, "The Firebird"? You and Nat might get a kick out of it.

I also adore your little painted rocks, what a fun and beautiful idea.
